THE NEXT STEP
On January 31, a group of mission leaders concerned about reducing missionary attrition through better preparation of missionary candidates met in Colorado Springs under the banner of "Next Step: North American Partnership in Mission Training." Currently, they are seeking to build a network of member agencies who can work together in improving the quality of missionary preparation.
